Caffè Tico has always paid the utmost attention to the respect of quality standards in the roasting and processing phase of coffee, which, although carried out with technologically advanced machinery, always requires the experience of our operators, ready to grasp those shades of colour and aroma that a machine will never catch:
To allow the beans of different origin to develop the substances that make up the aromas, the green coffee after roasting is cooled with a controlled air flow, thus contributing to the preservation of quality.
