The last phase of the production process is the storage of the “cooked coffee” that needs an extreme and delicate attention in the stage of maturation, properly controlled in an environment with no oxygen in order to give all its best organoleptic characteristics.
Product care continues in the last phase of packaging in which the coffee is packaged in bags equipped with a degassing valve that facilitates the introduction of nitrogen and expels oxygen to ensure long-term maintenance of the aroma and freshness.
